Java is our chocolate female, born August 2005. Java is such a sweetie, very cuddly, as you can see by the photos in the gallery. She is eager to please and learns quickly. She has beautiful, blocky conformation, loves to retrieve, and proves the “wives’ tale” wrong that says chocolates are more difficult to train. She has an incredible pedigree, full of champions from all the trials and hunt tests (25 to be exact). Some of the names in her lineage include champions Pachanga Magnum Force, Westwind’s Bold Tiger, Trumarc’s Zip Code, Trieven Thunderhead, Snake Eyes-Double or Nothing, Kelly’s Midnight Trapper, Mueller’s Stormy Canada, and others. Tana is our youngest dog, born May 2009. She has a nice, balanced conformation—not too narrow, but not short and stocky. She is very laid back and sweet, and was ridiculously easy to train. Tana is an exceptional house dog, but is a self-confessing “chow hound.” She will do anything for food! She loves to retrieve, is eager to please, and likes to squeeze up in our laps for a good petting. And she is really enjoyable to pet with soft, thick fur. She is playful and fun-loving, as can be seen in some of our gallery pictures. Some of the champions in her pedigree include Kelly’s Midnight Trapper, Trumarc’s Zip Code, Esprit Playin’ For Keeps, and Wiscombe Cid. OFA: LR-195292G30F-PI |

Kadee is a beautiful, dark yellow Lab. She could actually be called “Fox Red,” (that rare dark yellow that is accented with reddish-brown), a gorgeous look on her stocky features. She is thick and broad, but not short like an English lab. Her fur is thick and soft as fleece. No cold weather or water bothers her. The best word to describe Kadee is “cheerful.” She follows instructions with eagerness, is friendly to all, human and animal alike, and very easy-going. She is playful, alert, and learns quickly. She is a great house dog, but loves to lay outside in the sun, go for a walk, swim in the lake, and romp with the other dogs.

Tessa is a classic “field lab” in her appearance, with a shiny, sleek coat and smaller features. She is patient with kids, eager to please, and smart. She is a natural retriever and learns quicker than most. She’s about 60 lbs. She’s affectionate and playful, a good mama, good retriever, good companion. Tessa descends from National and International Field and Hunt-Retrieve Champions Lindall Mastercraft, Pachanga Magnum Force, Westwind’s Bold Tiger, Trieven Thunderhead, and Riparian Roughrider.
